Here’s a quick Vista tip that I would like to share with you all. You can quickly open Command Prompt in Windows Vista from your right-click menu. It comes in handy when you don’t have a quick launch icon or a hotkey set to open a command prompt, and you have to go down all the way to Start menu to start it. This trick can be used without navigating the menu.

Windows Vista has a very nice feature of showing various balloon notifications in the bottom right corner of your desktop in the taskbar. These balloon tips can be off Automatic Update, security reminders, anti-virus updates, speech balloon announcements or other system updates.
