How many of you have more friends on Facebook than Windows Live Messenger (WLM)? Atleast, I do as I’m more active on Facebook than Windows Live.
Since the launch of the new WLM, many services have been integrated to it, like Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn etc. Now you can even add contacts from these services in your WLM contact list.
Windows Live Messenger 3D Emoticons Pack
First instant messengers that came out were very simple, and users were quite content with what they had i.e an interface to chat online.
Soon, designers came out with emoticons, a graphical representation of our mood, expression and feelings during chatting. They were just small static images, then they got bigger and now you can even have them in 3D!
Enable Polygamy in Windows Live Messenger

Users with multiple Windows Live IDs cannot sign in to Messenger with more than one ID at a time, and because of that users go for multi-IMs like Pidgin, Digsby etc.
Earlier we used various third-party patches and addons to enable polygamy in Windows Live Messenger. But now you can enable this with a small registry hack in the latest Windows Live Messenger.
Windows Live Mobile Services and Links
Windows Live is almost ready to unleash Windows Live wave 3, and no, this won’t have BETA versions. It will have full and final versions of all Windows Live applications. And today I was surprised to see the new Windows Live homepage which is now turning into a social network.
With this, they have also updated their Windows Live services for mobile users. Windows Live Mobile brings all your favourite Windows Live services in your reach and you can access them from any phone. Just make sure your phone has an internet browser. ;)

Meanwhile, I’ve come across another interesting freeware that does almost the same as Messenger Plus! Live.
