PlayStation Move Release Date and Price Announced

PlayStation Move was officially named and announced by Sony at the Sony GDC back in March. Today, at E3 2010, Sony unveiled the release date and pricing of their motion controller in the Sony keynote.

Along with the launch of PlayStation Move, Sony will release around 15-20 game titles to play with this device. More details on the release date and pricing after the break.

PlayStation Move Game Demo Videos

PS3 Firmware 3.15 Brings Data Transfer, PSP Minis

playstation3-new-logoPS3 3.15 firmware will be bring some new features to the console and for PSP owners. You will be able to transfer data between two consoles (not wireless connection) and play PSP Minis on the PS3.

This PlayStation 3 update is the next in line after the previous PS3 firmware 3.10 which brought Facebook integration to the console.

Uncharted 2 Free DLC Now Available

Several new additions have been included in this DLC, along with a free map. And thanks to Naughty Dog, they have made the first DLC for the game free. Multiplayer menu has also been enhanced.

android-logoFinally we’re seeing some useful Android app being released as more Android phones show up in the market. The latest app I like is PS3 Friends, that brings PSN friends to your Android phone.

PS3 Friends Android app is still in beta stage, but does as its download page tells in the Android Market. It shows your PSN friends and their last activity, like the last time they logged in their account.

PS3 Firmware 3.10 – Facebook Integration

playstation3-new-logoFirst it was Microsoft to bring Facebook and Twitter to Xbox for Xbox Live Gold members, and looks like now it’s Sony who is going to bring this to the PlayStation Network for its members!

Scrawl has seen the images posted on the United Kingdom section of the PSN which show Facebook options in PlayStation and we could expect that as early as in the next firmware update.
