Just came across this nice feature in new windows Mobile 6.1 which allows you to send an automatic Out of Office (OOF) message to some or all of the people who send you email messages in Microsoft Office Outlook Mobile .
This is a very handy functionality which can be useful when you are out of office for longer duration.

Most of us use desktop email clients like Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express etc. to send and receive emails. This way we can store our emails on our computers for offline reading and composing.
What if your hard disk crashes and you lose all your mails? I hope that doesn’t happen, but it’s always good to be on the safe side.
