Enable Gmail Sync on iPhone and Windows Mobile

Google Sync has released today another and a very important option to sync – emails. Google Sync (email, contacts and calendar) was already available for Android, but only support for contacts and calendar was available for iPhone, Windows Mobile and S60 devices.
Now you can easily sync your emails, with Google Sync on iPhone, iPod Touch and Windows Mobile. iPhone and iPod Touch uses the OS sync application to push emails to your device and Windows Mobile uses ActiveSync.

We all witnessed another major downtime at Gmail datacenters because of a DDoS attack a couple of days ago, and the interesting thing in this downtime was IMAP and POP users of Gmail could easily access their emails while others could not.
There are several alternate ways by which you can access Gmail when you sense something wrong is going on with it.
Google AdWords $100 Free Advertising Credit
Google AdWords is the opposite side of Google AdSense (an ad network for publishers) where potential advertisers can promote their websites, blogs and products.
Today, when I logged in my Google Webmaster Tools account, the first thing to greet me was a notification that I have a new message from Google AdWords. When I checked, it was actually offering free advertising credit worth USD $100 for Google AdWords.
Google Chrome 4 with Bookmark Synchronization
The Chrome team at Google is ‘very’ actively working on the browser, Google Chrome. And for some reason, it seems that they release a new version of the browser with every new feature added.
After themes and extensions support, they have now included bookmarks synchronization. Not sure if this feature would actually come in handy, but it’s a cool one!

Google Chrome OS has been making quite a hype since it’s announcement last month. Several websites have posted screenshots claiming them to be the leaked screenshots of Chrome OS, but most of them have been verified as fake.
While Google is getting us excited before the actual release, a designer at DeviantART has come up with a Chrome OS Transformation Pack that could transform your Windows XP with the Chrome OS looks.
Eric Schmidt of Google Resigns from Apple
Apple today announced that Eric Schmidt, Google CEO, has resigned from the Board of Directors at Apple.
The main resign behind Eric’s resign could be the increasing conflicts in interests between Apple and Google. First it was Google Chrome OS announcement, then the recent rejection of Google Voice app from the App Store.
Google Chrome OS Screenshots Leaked?
Since Google Chrome OS was announced, there has been no news or any other hints on when the OS is actually going to be available for public. And all they said was that the OS is going to be lightweight and is mainly for netbooks.
An anonymous person sent some images to Download Squad today, claiming them to be the leaked screenshots of Google Chrome OS.

Google Chrome Gets Themes, Officially
Just three days after Google Chrome was launched, some developers came out with different style and themes of the browser interface, but those were just the unofficial releases.
Google Chrome, in its latest developer release (3.0.195.4), introduced themes and provides a better option to manage them.
