Google Wave Desktop Client for Mac OS X
A week ago, I shared an Adobe AIR app that let’s you have Google Wave on your desktop.
Here’s another app that I have found to bring Google Wave to your desktop, but unlike Waver, this one is only for Mac OS X users.

The only thing that lacked in Google was a proper navigation app, otherwise it had everything needed for a perfect navigation app.
Google Maps Navigation (Beta) has just been announced today for Android 2.0 devices.
