Facebook has very annoying apps which tags friends in photos and shows up on your wall. You can of course completely disable tagging in photos/videos, but there should be another easier way to get rid of these photos.
Now you can “Remove post and untag…” yourself from a photo on Facebook. When you get tagged in a photo, you can remove yourself from it without having to open the photo itself.
How To Edit Comments in Facebook

Facebook introduced a new feature a while ago making it easier to post comments on wallpost, photo, status or any other activity. This even allows you to edit your comment on Facebook without having to delete the entire comment.
Usually when you had to edit comments, what did you do? Copied the text, delete the comment and again type it down with the correction you wanted to make. Oh well, this is not needed anymore.

I just wrote on how to get the old Facebook photo viewer back, but that was not a permanent solution to fix it. You would have to do it every time you open a new photo album.
Like I mentioned, it wouldn’t take long for a developer to come out with an add-on or script for Greasemonkey that fixes this – permanently for now. A little Googling helped me find the perfect, permanent solution.

Facebook recently rolled out the new photo viewer “Theater Mode” for all the users, and like ever design change this has been annoying most of the users while some others like it.
The new photo viewer in my view is really bad and the previous one was a lot better, with a cleaner look. This new ‘theater’ look is no better.

Facebook relaunched Facebook Groups yesterday at a special event at Facebook HQ, and not just this, some other new features were also launched i.e Download Your Information, new App Dashboard etc.

It seemed to be a very nice feature, but it turned out to be an actual mess at the notifications end. Facebook Groups need some fine tuning of how and to whom notifications will be sent from the start.

Facebook introduced new and much improved Privacy settings page and gave more control on what content is seen by public and friends.
Almost six months ago, Facebook allowed indexing of profiles in Google which included private profiles as well. Many users with publicly hidden profiles raised questions about this feature, but no positive reply was given by Facebook.

When uploading a new profile photo in your Facebook account, if the photo is in square, the thumbnail created would be fine and will show the whole photo.
But if the photo has a higher height than it’s width, you might have to adjust the thumbnail position or it would only show some part of your head or the bottom of the photo.
