How to Disable Comments Notifications in Google Buzz

Google Buzz users must have noticed that whenever you get comments on your post/update, you get a notification email in your email inbox about the comment.
Now this feature could be useful for some, but for most of us, this is quite annoying and looks like spam for regular Buzz users who get comments on almost all of their posts.

Google Buzz can be updated from within your Gmail, or you can point your mobile phone’s browser to buzz.google.com to access it from your mobile.
Buzz has been a fail so far, but just for people who use Buzz to post updates, links or anything, you can now post via email.
