Petition To Stop Facebook From Deleting Profiles
Recently, I’ve have seen many Facebook members complaining that Facebook has started deactivating and deleting accounts for small reasons. Like for instance, last week, my friend found and added about 20 of his old friends in about 24 hours. The next day when he woke up and tried logging in, he found that his account has been disabled for adding too many friends in a very short time. A petition group has been set up by the members to stop Facebook for doing this. All those who want Facebook to stop deleting accounts, join here. This group already has more than 10,000 members. I’d really appreciate if you’d invite your friends too.
WordPress 2.5.1 Released

It feels so good back to blogging! A day earlier than what I said, but I think it’s fine. Well, to start of with things, I missed out the most anticipated release of WordPress 2.5 and I’m still on the same, crappy old WordPress 2.2. I’ll upgrade in few days.
I just saw in my Dashboard that a newer version of WordPress had just released (10 min. ago), WordPress 2.5.1. It’s a security fix to the previous version.
Firefox 4 – Already? Yes!
Hi, this is Pumxee from MixedDance.com. I’ll be guest blogging here for Haris till his exams don’t finish.

Firefox 3 hasn’t even released yet, and the first alpha release of Firefox 4 is out!
Internet Explorer 8 looks promising this time, but Firefox is surely taking the lead, with Firefox 4 supporting Javascript 2 already into the pipeline, the future seems to be with Firefox!
Hulu – Invitations For Grabs

Here’s a quick post… Hulu is a new way to watch TV shows on the Internet. I got a Hulu invitation and just now gave it a try. At first, I wasn’t been able to watch the videos because currently this service is limited to US residents only :( .

Cool Google Talk Themes
GTalk users are increasing day by day. Maybe because of its simplicity. A large number of bloggers use GTalk to interact with their fans and blog friends. Well, I’m also no different. :P I also use GTalk to catch up with all my friends and fans. Few days ago, I Google’d for some GTalk themes and stumbled across a cool site that offered free GTalk themes.
I got the same themes sometime ago through an underground forum, but the author of the post didn’t post the source, so I wasn’t sure where he got them from. But now when I know the it, I have been able to get a few cool themes that you will surely love using on GTalk.
Enough time wasted, eh? Let’s get on with the themes part. :)
NOTE: If you don’t know how or where to install GTalk themes, please read this first!

in Facebook, Internet, Tips and Tricks, Web 2.0

Facebook is a social utility that connects people with friends and others who work, study and live around them. People use Facebook to keep up with friends, upload an unlimited number of photos, share links and videos, and learn more about the people they meet.
I recently started using Facebook, and got addicted to it in just 3 days :P I found most of my old school buddies there :) If you are a Facebook user, you can add me too. I’ll be very happy to meet my readers there.
Wallop Invitations – Grab them first!
Recently, I gave out Yahoo! Mash invitations (they are still on :P ) and this time I’m back with something new. This time it’s Wallop! Wallop is another Internet web 2.0 social network service by Microsoft Research. Launched somewhere back in September 2006, it is still unknown to most of the Internet population. Even I didn’t know about it, a friend invited me few days ago. :P So I’m again giving out invitations, but sadly, this time it’s a limited stock :( .
