Twitter Launching @anywhere Service
Evan Williams, Twitter CEO, plans on introducing a new feature in Twitter, @anywhere, which will allow Twitter users to connect to their Twitter accounts using third party websites. This service allows users to easily share news while reading them online from different websites like The New York Times, eBay etc.
Twitter said they have developed a new set of framework which will improve Twitter experience. The new @anywhere feature does not work on the API already implemented by Twitter but works with simple javascripts. The owner of the side needs to add few links of javascript on his site to use this feature.
Import Facebook Contacts to Yahoo Mail
Now you can import your Facebook contacts to your Yahoo! Mail and access them from there. Last year, Yahoo! announced Facebook Connect integration and some other plans to improve Mail, so before they add that, you can now import contacts from Facebook.
Along with importing your contacts from sites like Gmail and Windows Live Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail now allows you to connect with your Facebook friends and easily add their email addresses to your Yahoo! Contacts list.
How to Disable Comments Notifications in Google Buzz
Google Buzz users must have noticed that whenever you get comments on your post/update, you get a notification email in your email inbox about the comment.
Now this feature could be useful for some, but for most of us, this is quite annoying and looks like spam for regular Buzz users who get comments on almost all of their posts.
How to Post by Email to Google Buzz
Google Buzz can be updated from within your Gmail, or you can point your mobile phone’s browser to buzz.google.com to access it from your mobile.
Buzz has been a fail so far, but just for people who use Buzz to post updates, links or anything, you can now post via email.
Google Buzz Desktop
Google Buzz Desktop is a free Adobe AIR client that allows you to update Buzz from your desktop.
Like Twitter and Facebook, Buzz also has a very cluttered web interface and it would be better if you use it with a clean and simple desktop client. You won’t have to open your Gmail just to update Buzz.
Facebook 2010 UI Screenshot Tour
Facebook launched the new homepage design a few days ago which is now being rolled out to users slowly. This design is also being called Facebook 2010 homepage design, which means Facebook will be launching a new design every year.
I just got the new homepage design for my account and have captured some screenshots you might want to check out the changes made in this new design.

This latest Facebook desktop client is by Microsoft and is based on Silverlight.
