Few months back, at the PDC 2009 in November, Microsoft announced that they will be releasing a newer version of their browser i.e. Internet Explorer 9.
As the second day of MIX10 kicks off, Microsoft unveiled the Internet Explorer 9 Platform Preview build for developers to try and experience how fast is the next IE.
Silverlight 4 RC Available for Download
Microsoft released the beta version of Silverlight 4 at PDC in November, 2009. On the 2nd day of Mix10, Microsoft announced the availability of the release candidate version of Silverlight 4 which comes with many new features which include better out-of-browser capability, powerful media and better tools to support Visual Studio and Express Blend.
As many people speculated, Microsoft declared Silverlight 4 as the functionality platform for Windows Phone 7 Series. Microsoft also unveiled Express Blend 4 beta which also adds support for Silverlight 4, .NET Framework 4 and Visual Studio 2010.
Seesmic for Windows Phone, Announced Too
Seesmic for Windows Phone was just announced at the MIX 2010 conference.
After Seesmic for Android and Seesmic for BlackBerry, they have now introduced, Seesmic for Windows Phone at the MIX10 conference which is being held in Las Vegas.

Microsoft Offering Alternative Browsers to Windows 7 Users
Now this is something really very surprising! Microsoft is offering other “alternative” web browsers to its users in Europe.
In the latest Windows Update, Microsoft prompts users of Internet Explorer using Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 to make an “important choice” of choosing their web browser. The move is part of a settlement with the European Commission.
Office 2012 Release Date On MSDN Blog
I just posted the Windows 8 release date that was posted on Chris Green’s MSDN blog. Not on that, he also posted the Office 2012 release date. Office 2012 is also known as Office 15.
Microsoft Office 2012 RTM is set to release exactly an year after Windows 8 RTM. How true is this news? Only time will tell. You never know when Microsoft might change its mind when to release a product.
Office 2010 Releasing in March?
Office 2010 could be releasing in just a couple of months, March, that is! Previously, it has been confirmed that Microsoft Office 2010 will be available in June, but Steve Ballmer’s recent statement reveals something else.
The next Office iteration is currently in the public beta phase, which has been downloaded over 2 million times in just seven weeks of its release. The pricing and system requirements have already been out.
