Google Music to be Announced at Google I/O 2011

Google Music is expected to launch today at Google I/O 2011. Last year, Google demoed what Google Music (your music on the cloud) would be like, but due to several issues, they would be launching Google Music this year at #io2011.

Music server by Google took many hiccups in the past several months with music labels not signing up with Google, but this didn’t stop Google from not offering the Google Music service for Android users.

YouTube Person Finder: Video Messages by People Affected in Japan’s Earthquake and Tsunami

YouTube has created a channel, YouTube Person Finder (????), that aggregates video messages from the sufferers of the massive earthquake and tsunami that hit northeastern Japan a week ago.

Videos were being shot at TBS, a major TV station in Japan, and are now in the process of being uploaded.

Google Chrome 11 New Logo

Google Chrome 11 has got a new logo in the latest development build. Now it’s not known if Google will actually push the new logo till the Chrome 11 stable release or not.

Nexus S Facebook Sync Disabled in Android 2.3.3

Google has decided to push its data portability agenda with regards to Android with this Android 2.3.3 update rolling out now for Nexus S users. Facebook sync in Nexus S will no longer be available.

Facebook for Android app allowed you to sync Facebook contact information with your Android contacts, but that has been revoked from here on.
