Seesmic for Android 1.4: Google Buzz Support, Photo Previews, Improved UI
Seesmic just announced the release of their updated Seesmic for Android Twitter client which is now available in the Android Market.
This update brings Google Buzz support and a long requested feature, Twitter photo previews! Other features include UI improvements and Settings menu update.

Samsung has been making its way through the smartphone market by releasing good quality smartphone devices into the market pool at regular interval. Equipped with one of the latest specs for today’s handheld smart devices, the Samsung Galaxy S smartphone created waves of interests from users around the globe when it was released. The smartphone is slowly increasing its worth in the Asian market and is selling like hot cakes in Korea, Samsung’s original home country.
Google Releases OpenSpot for Android to Find Empty Parking Spot
Who thought bots would be guiding us where to find a place for Parking? Guess what, Google is here to serve the cause. Today Google released a new app for their Android operating system titled Open Spot. This app would let users find a vacant spot for parking by marking any nearby spot so other users can see and approach it. This is similar to the you-help-me-i-help-you system, in which users parking the car will indicate on their app all the nearby vacant parking spots which will be seen by other users using the same app and present in the area to get a chance to park their vehicles at the marked spot.
Trillian for Android Coming Soon
When it comes to instant messaging, every user has its own preference among different IM clients. There is good news who use Trillian, they have announced that they will be releasing the cross-platform chat client for Android devices.
Android 2.2 Ported to HTC Desire with 720p Video Recording
HTC Desire is one of HTC’s smartphones in line to receive the Android 2.2 Froyo operating system over-the-air (OTA) upgrade in the near future. What’s different from the OTA updates the HTC Nexus One users are receiving right now is the fact that the upgrade which HTC Desire users will receive will also have bundled HTC’s slick looking new user interface (UI) for its smartphones. This doesn’t end here as the new upgrade will see Desire’s camera having the support to shoot and record 720p HD movies as well. Support for Adobe’s Flash will also serve as an icing on the cake.
Adobe Shows Flash 10.1 Running on Motorola Droid X
We already know that Motorola’s upcoming smartphone, Motorola Droid X, will be out by the end of this year and rumors suggest that it will be powered by Android 2.2 Froyo. There is good news for all those fans that are eagerly waiting for Motorola Droid X and that is, it will come with support for Adobe Flash 10.1.
LG Announces Android 2.2 Based Optimus One and Optimus Chic Smartphone
LG, one of the few Korean multinational is today’s leading electronic product manufacturer. They have ventured into every domain of consumer electronics and now also taken the first steps in the world of smartphones. The company has launched an ambitious program for launching up to 20 Android phones in the year 2010.Following this goal, LG has today announced the release of two of its Android smartphones; LG Optimus Chic and LG Optimus One. Both the smartphones will be running Android 2.2 Froyo. The smartphone will be available in South Korea only, at least for a start.
HTC Vision Specifications, Dual-CPU Snapdragon Processor
Qualcomm has started testing their dual-CPU Snapdragon processors on devices and one such device is out to one of it’s partners (I’m eagerly waiting for a leaked video or photo – hehe!).
One such device which is rumoured to have this new dual-CPU processor is the HTC Vision. No, we can’t be sure of Qualcomm sent the sampling piece to HTC or some other partner, but this device will be a beast for sure!

HTC Sabor with Android 3.0 Gingerbread, 2GHz Processor
The rumours mill just keep on filling till we see the official announcement! Now the next rumour we have, is of HTC Sabor, a device being cooked up at HTC which will feature a 2GHz processor and will be one of the first devices to have Android 3.0 “Gingerbread” on board.
Sounds to good to be true, eh? But you never know! The rumours don’t end here! it is also said that HTC might be working on their own display technology to bring on the fight with Super AMOLED and LCD displays.
