We knew it was coming, and yes, it was finally unveiled today by Steve Jobs at the end of day one of WWDC 10. Video Calling.

iPhone 4 features a front camera, which gives it the capability of video calling, called as FaceTime! You can enjoy video calls over WiFi with no carrier limitation or restriction.

This feature requires both the persons to have the new iPhone 4 and FaceTime will work with both, the front and rear camera!

Video and audio quality was really impressive on the demo shown at the WWDC 10 by Steve Jobs.
