I dont like it at all, not the old UI either. ThereÂ´s nothing there, just blank in a boring way. Hope they do some major changes to the interaction design, right now its really bad in my opinion.

Wow… The whole interface is like smoothened out. 2.2 is all edgy while 3.0 is really awesome, cant wait give it a shot my self!
