iphone-3gsiPhone 4.1 and iPhone 4.0.1 OS bits have been found in the Developer’s Analytics by PixelCUBE Studios. Just yesterday, Apple announced the preview event for the iPhone 4.0 OS for April 8th (at 10AM).

PixelCUBE Studios currently holds the #1 spot on iTunes’ list of free iPhone app downloads with their free app, The Impossible Test.
