Thunderbird 3.1 Beta Released
Mozilla Thunderbird 3.1 has been upgraded to a beta version. The beta release of this desktop email client was released by the Mozilla Messaging developers.
This release of Thunderbird 3.1 beta fixes a total of 96 bugs including performance updates and security fixes.
There are four notable changes in this release. As pointed out by the Thunderbird team, they are:
- Several fixes to improve upgrading from Thunderbird 2.
- Several fixes for auto complete, tabs, and activity manager.
- Several design improvements and corrections to the interface.
- Stability and memory improvements.
