SE-logoFew days back, we posted a video by SE officials unboxing the XPERIA X10. We had some idea that they will be introducing new interface for their new smartphones, XPERIA X10.

Sony Ericsson has designed a completely new interface called UXP or User Experience Platform. It is based on Sony Ericsson’s latest phones, XPERIA X10, X10 mini and X10 Pro, based on Android OS.

CNET reported,

CNET took an in-depth tour of UXP with George Arriola, Sony Ericsson’s head of human interface design, at the company’s lab in San Francisco. Overall, we liked what we saw. Sony Ericsson’s UXP interface is clean, easy-to-use, and attractive. We also like that it lets the basic Android framework shine through.

This can finally change things for Sony Ericsson smartphones in terms of user experience. This change may attract many SE fans who were expecting something new from Sony Ericsson Team.

Here are some of the screenshots provided by CNET.
