Import Facebook Contacts to Yahoo Mail

yahoo-mail-logoNow you can import your Facebook contacts to your Yahoo! Mail and access them from there. Last year, Yahoo! announced Facebook Connect integration and some other plans to improve Mail, so before they add that, you can now import contacts from Facebook.

Along with importing your contacts from sites like Gmail and Windows Live Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail now allows you to connect with your Facebook friends and easily add their email addresses to your Yahoo! Contacts list.

This will make it easy to communicate and share with the people you care about – wherever you are in Yahoo!. So when you are on Yahoo! Sports and you want to email your old high school buddy that great article on the Winter Olympics, his email address is just a click away.

How to Import Facebook Contacts to Yahoo Mail

Just follow the steps below to import your Facebook contacts to Yahoo! Mail.

  • Go to the Import Contacts landing page and select Facebook.
  • Authorize your account.
  • Importing will now begin!

    I think they removed the option because it doesn't seem to be available for yahoo messenger 10

    the “Popup” window that comes up secondary for facebook login doesn't stay open. No matter what.. and yes, i've turned off ALL pop up blockers. it just doesn't stay open.

    I was wondering if the new yahoo beta email had the option to undo imported contacts from facebook? I am using a friends computer and I wanted to import my contacts from facebook but when it was importing them I realize it had signed in to my friends facebook instead of mine, and now I have all of her contacts in my email. So is there a quick way to undo that so i don’t have to do it one at a time?
