Genie Widget from Nexus One for Android Phones

ginie-widget-logoThe highly anticipated phone by Google is expected to release next month and looks like a Nexus One dump is already leaked in the wild.

Nexus one will be released for $199 on January 5th. These are just the rumoured prices, but somehow Retuers confirms it.

Someone has extracted the Genie widget and app and posted online. All users on Android 1.6, or higher could install and try it out.This is the news and weather application included in the Nexus One.

This is basically from the Android 2.1 on Nexus One, though I haven’t tried it on my HTC Hero (Android 1.5) yet, but hopefully it should work.
