Video scene shots are used to shot attach them with a video file which provides a preview of what’s inside the full video file or movie.
Scenegrabber.NET is freeware which provides a very easy-to-use way to create sceneshots from movies.

You can grab manual or automatic frames from a movie and join then in a single JPG-image or simply use a single screenshot that you need.
That’s not all, you can also add to the single JPG image infos like moviename, resolution, codec-info, movielength and time of sceneshot creation.
Scenegrabber supports a wide range of movie formats. You can use all local installed codecs for this program and configure some settings like width and height of tiles, font, color and much more.
