Thunderbird 3.0 RC2 Released

Mozilla Thunderbird logoAlmost a week ago, Mozilla released the first release candidate version of Thunderbird 3.0. Today they released Thunderbird 3.0 RC2 for public download.

Thunderbird 3.0 RC2 has been released after four beta and one RC releases. In case you don’t know, Thunderbird is a great email client from the same people who brought you the Firefox browser.

Thunderbird 3.0 RC2 Changes

Thunderbird 3.0 RC2 brings the following new features:

  • A new Activity Manager
  • An Archive feature similar to the one in GMail
  • A new global database
