Tried this guide on my HTC Hero GSM (Telus) running on the AT&T network, Firmware 1.5, Kernel version 2.6.27-0078c992, Build number 2.73.661.46, Software version 1.0.0.A6288. When I open Recovery Flasher App or hit the Backup Recovery image button, I get this error message:

Backup FAILED: Could not run command.

I tried every version of FlashRec available on the site, still won't work. Any known fixes? What am I doing wrong?
