Facebook for Android is one of the worst app Facebook has ever released for any of their devices. The Android version can barely do anything – But now, welcome the Facebook 1.1 for Android.

In my experience with Facebook 1.0 app on HTC Hero, all it could do is check your news feed and comment or like feed items there. Or most you can do is open anyone’s profile information.

PS3 Getting Facebook In Next Update

playstation3-new-logoFirst it was Microsoft to bring Facebook and Twitter to Xbox for Xbox Live Gold members, and looks like now it’s Sony who is going to bring this to the PlayStation Network for its members!

Scrawl has seen the images posted on the United Kingdom section of the PSN which show Facebook options in PlayStation and we could expect that as early as in the next firmware update.

mp3gain-logoWhen mixing CDs, the only issue I always faced was to adjust the volume of different music tracks I’m going to mix. A few Google searches got me to this wonderful freeware that makes normalizing sound of audio files a piece of cake!

MP3Gain automatically analyzes and adjusts MP3 files so that they have the same volume level. This freeware made my life easy and it’s only takes a few seconds to increase or decrease the loudness.

iphone-jailbreakUltrasn0w 0.92 has just been released that fixes the carrier logo on unlocked iPhone 3.1.2 firmware.

Users who jailbroke their iPhone using PwnageTool 3.1.4 or later, must have noticed that the carrier name went missing after jailbreaking. This was a known bug and the Dev-Team has been quick enough to release a fix for that.

Doom 3 for iPhone: Coming Soon

id Software’s John Carmack has revealed that Doom 3 and Fallout could make their way to the iPhone 3GS. He also added that it took them around six weeks to port Doom to the iPhone.
