windows-mobile-65-logoWindows Mobile 6.5 Build 28002, or also known as Windows Mobile 6.5.3 has been released today and brings a new native on-screen keyboard for Windows Mobile 6.5 devices.

The new keyboard is now more optimized and refined for finger-friendly operations.

All previous devices that have been recently released were shipped with the old keyboard which wasn’t much good for typing with fingers. They’re most likely to get updates in a couple of days.

HTC and other OEM have been providing better keyboard solutions, but with a native and permanent solution, all devices running on Windows Mobile 6.5 can get the easier, new keyboard.

With these small updates, it looks like Microsoft is gearing up for Windows Mobile 7, which is scheduled for Q4 2010 release.
