A while ago, I shared My Android Manager that helps you manage your Android phone from your computer and here’s another one I’ve found now.
Droid Explorer is a tool to manage your rooted Android device with the simplicity of Windows Explorer.

- Auto detection of connected/disconnected device
- APK file icon and extended information
- Device command shell window
