copilot-logoJust yesterday Google introduced Gogole Maps Navigation for Android which poses a direct threat to other GPS navigation applications like CoPilot, Garmin etc.

CoPilot Live is full voice-guided GPS navigation on your phone which includes turn-by-turn directions, 2D and 3D views, live weather and location sharing etc.

CoPilot Maps Direct Download Links

Here are some maps of countries of Europe and America that you can download for CoPilot using these direct download links.

Europe Maps

France: Download (371.93 MB)

Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemborg: Download (96.32 MB)

Italy, San Marino, Vatican City: Download (167.85 MB)

Germany, Austria and Switzerland: Download (340.46 MB)

Scandinavia: Download (225.07 MB)

UK and Ireland: Download (187.87 MB)

Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar: Download (200.27 MB)

American Maps

If you’re on Android, all you have to do is copy these .PDS map files to /sdcard/copilot/save and on next CoPilot start, the maps will be extracted automatically.

    No one seems to be able to make this work. Everyone gets an Invalid Library error it seems. Looks like it will only work if you pay for it.

    Worked for me fox, the maps I mean however I have found that it is best to make sure you are installing a clean copy. I'm looking for an NZ map you don't have one do you?

    Above instruction works for WinMo too!!!

    its not reading the na map. I tried to download the map to the phone directly and it shows that its downloaded but later there is nothing. I see everything else on the copilot but the map is blank. please help

    the Germany, Austria and Switzerland is not working.
    When Co Pilot try to extract maps, it show me an error quickly then restart.
    Some one has the same problem ?

    copilotsave
    directory after install of the app. This is located on the phone its self not the SD card. (SAMSUNG CAPTIVATE 2.1)

    Didn't work with me… After decompressing of the map,
    CooPilot (8.2.0.218) gives some error and deletes the files. I also tried with a fresh install (as suggested). Any thoughts?

    Actually, I think it worked (even though the extraction produced some errors…).
