Remember the time when Nintendo Wii took the console gaming market by storm? Well, looks like we’re again going to see a similar scenario.

While Sony and Microsoft are busy getting motion controllers to their consoles, Nintendo is in works to stop Sony and Microsoft from getting successful.

Yoichi Wada, President of Square Enix, the biggest Japanese game house, broke the news about the next generation Nintendo Wii. The next-gen Wii will offer the same capabilities as the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and will feature a brand new motion controller.

No specific release date was unveiled, but according to the rumours, the next-gen Nintendo Wii is slated for 2011 release.
