iPhone OS 3.1 Now Available for Free

At the ongoing Rock and Roll event of Apple, the availability of iPhone and iPod Touch firmware 3.1 has just been announced which will be a free upgrade from iTunes.

This download will be available on iTunes 9, which has also just been announced with lots of new features and enhancements.

Ringtones is one such feature and now the Genius (playlists) feature of iTunes has also been added for the App Store. All this comes for free in the OS 3.1 upgarde for iPhone and iPod Touch users.

Upgrade your device to OS 3.1 from iTunes.
