i have one google adwords account active and running some ads already. And now from my second google id webmaster i have received a 100$ coupon

could i sign up for a new account and create a new adword account and use it with that account

and also want to know if i can use these credit for my clickbank or cj products with out my a website

Before some days i also received $50 adwords credit from google.Not through webmaster tools but via another source.But the problem is that you will have to enter your credit card details to avail this free credit and you will have to use this credit within 30 days.
