verizon-android-phoneEven if it’s slow, but atleast we are getting to see new Android phones coming up by other manufacturers. As announced earlier this year, Motorola is all set to come out with their Android phone in Ocrober.

It is rumoured that this phone will be released for Verizon, and if it really does, then this Android phone will be the first one to work on the EVDO Rev. A 3G network.

Not much information is leaked about this device, but from the image leaked, we can see it has a landscape sliding QWERTY keyboard, a touchpad and a large screen of resolution 480 x 854 pixels (WVGA+).

Other specs that this phone is rumoured to have are: a 5 megapixels camera, 256MB RAM and a 16GB microSD card.

Motorola Sholes is expected to be released in October by Verizon.
