iTunes 8.2 with iPhone OS 3.0 Support
As WWDC 2009 comes near, Apple has been making arrangments that its iPhone OS 3.0 launches all well. Today, they released an update to their media manager, iTunes 8.2.
This update was released for public this afternoon through Apple Software Update. It brings support for iPhone OS 3.0, bug fixes and many accessibility improvements.
An iPhone OS 3.0-compatible iTunes was being worked on since April 09 when the first pre-release iTunes 8.2 was released to developers to try it out with the updated iPhone OS 3.0 Beta 4.
This is not all, along with an iTunes update, Apple also updated its popular media player to QuickTime 7.6.2. This update is recommended for all QuickTime users because it comes with better security and overall compatibility improvements.
Both of these software updates can be download from Apple Software Update or from the official Apple iTunes and QuickTime website.
