How To Take Screenshots of Nokia S60 Phone

Recently I wrote on how to use Twitter on your Nokia phone. In that article, I wanted to attach a few screenshots of the Twitter clients running on my phone, but I didn’t know how to take screneshots.

I Googled for a screenshot app for Nokia, and found Screenshot. This useful and popular application is a free tool to take screenshot on your Symbian OS mobile phones (UIQ or S60).

Screenshots are captured from the shortcut key, that can be changed from the app settings. You can save these screenshots to a file in JPEG, PNG, BMP or MBM format. The screenshot can be sent directly to a PC via USB data cable, Bluetooth or infrared and another mobile phone.

You can customize the file name and delay of capturing. Plus, it also supports continuous mode that allows you to capture screenshot every a few seconds.

Below are some screenshots I took of my Nokia N96 using this application.

This is a very useful app that can come in handy anytime. I recommend all Nokia users to download it.
