Vista-Like Welcome Center in Windows XP

When we log on Windows Vista for the first time after a fresh install, a Welcome Screen welcomes us on our desktop and pulls all the tasks you’ll most likely want to complete when you set up your computer into a single location.
Now you can also add this Welcome Screen in windows XP, thanks to fediaFedia and Dantaylor17 of DeviantArt.
Simply download this freeware, unzip it anywhere in your PC and run the EXE file. if you want this to start on every startup, create a shortcut of that EXE and put it in the Startup folder in your Start Menu.
