Google Search in January 2001
Google recently celebrated its 10th birthday of their on-going Internet domination, and brought back the search engine which was live on web as of January 2001.
Now users can search pages from the past from an old index of 1,326,920,000 web pages and have a look at what the web looked in January 2001, all thanks to Google and their old archive.

In honor of our 10th birthday, we’ve brought back our oldest available index. Take a look back at Google in January 2001.
Google has only added this page for a month, and will remove it after that. It reminds me of old days when web was nothing more than static images and text with no dynamic content (as far as I remember). The pages indexed are not 100% accurate, but gives nice approximation.
