The new iGoogle has been in beta testing for more than 2 months now. It was announced back in June that the new developer sandbox has been opened for a few Google accounts and not all are able to access it.
Several changes have been made like the tabs are now in the left side of the page instead at the top. They are expandable if you want to see the list of gadgets in a treet list. Another major change is that each gadget now has an expanded view providing more functions and features.

There has been another leakage from the Windows Live Messenger team. Previously, an initial alpha release was leaked which introduced some interesting new features.
And once again, another build was leaked on torrents and underground forums spreading it like wild fire. The latest build of Windows Live Messenger 9 is 14.0.3921.717. The latest build features a much more clear, colourful and stylish interface.

Best Firefox 3 Extensions Announced by Mozilla
Mozilla Labs recently announced the best Firefox extension winners in a contest held every year called Extend Firefox 3. In this contest, developers create extensions to extend the functionality of current features of Firefox.
This year’s Extend Firefox was launched back in March, and brought in over 100 entries. But only seven were chosen as the winners within three categories: Best New Add-on; Best Updated Add-on; Best Music Add-on.
