I intalled this beta 2 from Internet Explorer 6 so there was no remove button under Add/Remove Programs Section. I went to the Windows Folder and Found the "ie8" folder and clicked on it. Went in there and found a folder called "spuninst" and clicked on that. There was was a spuninst computer looking icon and I click on it and removed Internet Explorer 8 beta 2. After that restart pc and done. Anyway if you dont see the ie8 folder make sure you click on Tools>Folder Options>View and click on the radio button "Show Hidden Files Folders" YES IT WORKED ! Click on spuninst then find the spuninst.exe file.
