Ubuntu 8.10 Alpha 3 (Intrepid Ibex) Screenshots

Ubuntu 8.10

The third alpha version Ubuntu 8.10 (codename Intrepid Ibex) has released yesterday, and is now available for download. The final version is scheduled to release this October.

Even the Alpha 3 doesn’t bring any major updates or modifications in Ubuntu 8.10. Alpha 2 came up with many software updates, but this one doesn’t. I just want to keep my readers up to date with the latest Ubuntu 8.10 development. Ubuntu 8.10 Alpha 3 comes with a brand new development version of the Nautilus file manager (with tabs) and a new Linux kernel.

You can now also request a Live CD of Ubuntu 8.10 Alpha 3 and try it without installing.

Softpedia has some very nice screenshots of the latest alpha, which I would like to share here with my readers.
