Mozilla has again released a security update, Firefox, this month for Firefox 2 and is now available for download. It is a recommended update for everyone who is running Firefox 2.

This security update for Firefox fixes two critical security vulnerabilities that allowed remote code execution and the opening of multiple tabs if Firefox is not running. The current Firefox browser is Firefox 3, but Mozilla will continue to offer security and stability updates until mid-December 2008. So older Firefox users who are not willing to use Firefox 3, can still enjoy Firefox 2 till December.

Firefox can be downloaded for all Operating Systems and languages from the Mozilla’s site below. Automatic updates will be available in the next 24-48 hours.
