The Opera team has today released the final version of Opera 9.51 and is now available for download on the official site. It is an update to Opera 9.5, which was released more than 2 weeks ago, and addresses a few security and lots of stability issues. It is recommended that all users who are currently running the latest stable releases should upgrade to the new one.

The list of changes made in this release is available in the changelog. It lists 4 security and tons of stability issues. Users who are using Opera 9.51 RC3 do not need to upgrade to the final release because both the versions are the same.
