Blogspot is one of the most popular blog publishing systems available at the moment, and is being used by millions! Since Google has acquired Blogspot, it has been constantly adding new features to make it more productive and popular like WordPress. Blogspot is now more widely knows as Google’s Blogger. Yesterday, Blogger added some new most-requested features to make it even better.

New Blogger Features:

1. 5 star rating feature added to let readers rate every blog post.

2. Embedded comment form to let readers comment from the post page itself, and won’t open a popup window to read or post new comments.

3. Import or export blogs just like the Import feature in WordPress. This saves all your blog posts as one Atom XML file on your computer.

4. New post editor gets drag-and-drop image placement with improved HTML handling.

5. Google Webmaster Tools integration makes the job easier by automatically adding your blogs to Webmaster Tools, but they will still have to be manually verified.

Details on these new features can be found on Blogger In Draft blog. Users who are eagerly waiting for these features, can try them on Blogger Draft.
