Microsoft has launched an online store where people can purchase popular Microsoft products like Windows and Office. The simple, clear site design makes it easier to navigate. Currently, Microsoft Store is only available for Germany and the UK. Other online international stores will come out in 2008 and 2009. The platform which drives this online purchasing will become available to partners in the future so they can distribute Microsoft’s products electronically too.
