Google Sites: Now Open For Everyone
If you are one of those people who want to have a website of their own, but don’t have enough money to pay for the hosting, then this article is definitely going to help you. Google Sites, is one such project that was launched a few months ago, but at that time it was only for Google Apps users.

Recently, Google announced on its official blog that Google Sites, that was launched for Google Apps, is now made public and can be used by anyone. This means, now, you can have a website of your own to share whatever information you like and with whomever you want. You can build a complete site from scratch in just a few clicks for free and make it available online for everyone to see.
You can use Google Sites to
- Plan club meetings and activities
- Share info on a secure company intranet
- Collaborate on a team project
- Stay connected with family members
I’ll leave the rest for you to explore, and if you do create a site with them, don’t forget to share it with me!
