Humm.. Best of all was “Rapidshare happy Hours Detector ” i have seen so many users frustrated about new Rapidshare Access Code and happy hours detector is only hope for those user.i am soon going to post about Rapidshare happy hours detector on my blog. :razz:

Know this is a bit late, but since the WinRAR license site required you be from Germany:
Control Panel > Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options > Regional and Language Options > Location then reboot
Shouldn’t change the language, just the location
