How to import/export feeds in Google Reader

Google Reader is getting powerful day by day. More people are converting to it from other readers. Well, I’m sure you can’t leave your old feeds in the old reader, and shift to some other reader wiothout any feeds. You have to export the feeds from your old reader and import it to the new reader.

In this post, I’ll teach you how and from where you can import and export feeds in Google Reader. Just follow the steps and you will import/export your feeds in no time.

How to import your feeds from Google Reader

1. Open your Google reader and sign-in.

2. Click Settings (in the top-right corner).

3. Click Import/Export tab.

4. Under Import Your Subscriptions, click browse and select your OPML file containing all the feeds.

5. Click Upload – Finish!

How to export your feeds from Google Reader

1. Open your Google reader and sign-in.

2. Click Settings (in the top-right corner).

3. Click Import/Export tab.

4. Under Export Your Subscriptions, click “Export your subscriptions as an OPML file

5. Download the file and use it on any feed reader you want :smile:
