		<description>:idea: The simplest, most cost effective way, that I&#039;ve found to lock a file is, to download a very small (857KB) compression program called 7-zip (filehippo.com has a copy), right click on the file to be protected, select &quot;Add to achieve...&quot; under the 7-zip sub directory, set compression level to &quot;store&quot; (no compression), and enter a password in the encryption box.  Upon opening you will be prompted to enter your password.  True, it doesn&#039;t hide them, but it will keep unwanted hands from getting to them, as far as I know.</description>
