Screenshot add-on for Firefox

If you are one of those who like storing bits of websites in the form of screenshots. Then you are going to find this extension useful. This Firefox extension lets you take and save screenshots from within your browser. Well, wondering how I found this? Read below… :)

How did I found this?

Yesterday, while browsing the Firefox Add-ons Directory, I accidently clicked the link to this extension. Actually, I was looking for a good Adsense extension, but ended up with this cool one called ScreenGrab.

Requirements

It will work on any of the recent versions of Firefox.

Features

  • Take screenshot of the entire website in one go. No limits on how long the page should be.
  • A selection mode which allows you to capure a portion of the page that you want to save.
  • Or you can take a screenshot of just what is visible to you. I mean the current portion of the page that is being displayed.

You can save the images as JPEG, GIF or PNG. It’s very easy to use, so you should give it a try.

This extension can be downloaded from here.
