Google Buzz widget for Android devices has also been released today along with several other updates that Google Mobile team has made today.
They seem to be on a roll with updates for Android phones. Google has released a major update for Google Maps today and also launched the new Orkut for Android app.
Google TV: Android-Based TV Coming Soon?
After dominating the web, Google entered the mobile market and now a Google TV? The search engine giant, Google, has teamed up with Intel and Sony to develop an Android-based platform known as Google TV.
The main idea behind this project is to make web apps like Twitter, Gmail, online high-quality video streaming etc accessible in your TV using the remote control. In simple words, it will bring the web to your living room and exploring the web will be as easy as changing the channels of the TV using a remote control.

P0sixninja, the developer behind Greenpoins0n posted a long post telling about the details about this new unlock iPhone 3.1.3 tool and jailbreak iPad 3.2 exploits and tools. And also cleared the rumours that everyone was raising questions if Greenpoins0n is a fake tool or not.
Greenpoins0n is the tool I wrote about two days ago which claims to jailbreak iPad 3.2 firmware and now it would also be able to unlock and jailbreak iPhone 3.1.3 firmware!
Samsung Galaxy Spica Getting Anroid 2.1 OS Upgrade
Samsung has finally announced that they have upgraded Samsung Galaxy Spica to the latest Android 2.1 OS. The upgrade will be available in Europe by the end of this month and will be released in Asia afterwards. However, there is no news when the upgrade will reach other countries.
Users who already own Samsung Galaxy Spica can upgrade their phone’s firmware via PC Studio 7, a tool designed to upgrade Samung mobile software, as the update will be available for users to download and install. If you don’t have PC Studio 7, you can download it from Samsung’s official site.
Orkut for Android App Released
Orkut for Android app is now available for Android 1.6 (and higher) users and is now available for download from the Android Market.
Google announced the Orkut app after the announcement of their updated version of Google Maps for Android devices.

Google Maps for Android has bee updated today with some cool new features which are not found on any other device running Google Maps.
The new version on Android 1.6+ devices, Google Maps 4.1, brings in updated search results page where you can swipe for the next result, Maps live wallpaper and a lot more.
Nexus One Now Compatible with AT&T and Rogers
Google has announced that Nexus One will now be available for AT&T in US and Rogers Wireless in Canada. When Nexus One was launched, it was only available on the Google Web Store, unlocked version so users can user any GSM network.
However, different carriers have different 3G frequencies. Nexus One in the start worked with almost all the carriers except AT&T and Rogers because of its 3G frequency. So users using any of these SIM cards usually could access 2G or EDGE network.
